With a daily meditation practice, an active lifestyle, and a focus on overall holistic wellness, Polly is aligned with the importance of the pillars of health as the foundation of daily life.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, Polly is a seasoned professional and is known as a personable and effective leader with expertise in marketing, business development, communications, event planning, and project management. Committed to excellence, she not only has a sense of service and integrity, but also compassion and respect for those individuals and organizations in the hotel, restaurant, travel, and tourism sectors. Customer service is the soul of the hospitality industry, and the overall health of its workforce affects the quality of the guest experience.
